Zenarmor - Policies - App Controls - Error:Configuration Saved Notification.Rules could not be loaded. Please try again

Hi guys,

Just giving a try for Zenarmor and got some hassles before getting everything running well but this is the error I cannot figure out how to resolve.

I'd like to block some Apps from App Controls but when I save the changes it's popping me the error

Error: 

Configuration Saved Notification.Rules could not be loaded. Please try again

 

And there is nothing applied with the changes I made, still having access to the apps I'm trying to block access to.

Any hints would be appreciated from you guys.

note: I'm using the free edition.

  Hi,

  Please share a bug report from the upper right corner of Zenarmor GUI. It will create a ticket. Please also add the following command output to the ticket.

  sysctl -a | grep netmap

  Hi,

  Thanks for reaching out and letting us know about the problem.

  It seems that there is a problem with the configuration parameters. Please run the  Check & Fix in Confguration - Backup - Check & Fix

  Hello,

  Thank you so much for getting back to me.

  Yes, did that already and re-did it but seems nothing changed.

  Another issue I noticed is that none of my network card are initialized by the engine and getting the notification below:

  Critical: Engine service error: netmap_register_if: re4: NIOCREGIF ioctl failed for the interface: Cannot allocate memory
  Critical: Engine service error: Failed initializing network interfaces
  Critical: Engine service error: netmap_register_if: re2: NIOCREGIF ioctl failed for the interface: Cannot allocate memory
  Critical: Engine service error: netmap_register_if: re3: NIOCREGIF ioctl failed for the interface: Cannot allocate memory
  Critical: Engine service error: netmap_register_if: re0: NIOCREGIF ioctl failed for the interface: Cannot allocate memory

  And nothing are displayed in the reports and dashboard. It's just a blank reports.

  Not sure yet what's happening but checking it right now.
