Block, sanitize or alert on steganography data inside transfered media

IMHO steganography is not only the most prominent attack vector there is, but the state of the art on any sort of payload deployment.

As an example we could take a image and re-render it: ansignificant difference on the file size would be good enough, at least, to raise an alert.
