Zenarmour Policy not blocking at all

Hi,

I have just signed up for home subscription for zenarmour on opnsense and I have added a new policy for a device and blocked youtube and it does not block on the device, I then tried to blocked all internet access overrides all configured policy rules but that does not work either. I tried this with other device and again all did not work.

This is core functionality that is not working any help?

I have no other policies or special configuration so should work.

  Hi There,

  Thanks for reaching out and bringing the issue to our attention.

  YouTube and many other streaming applications utilize the QUIC protocol. To block YouTube traffic, please restrict the QUIC protocol application in App Controls - Media Streaming - Quic UDP Connection.

  As I have mention, I have only one policy that is set to block Quic UDP Connection and the internet but it is not blocking either youtube or internet on the device or any device I add, it is not working!
