ZenArmor blocking Microsoft 365 account authentication
Ever since I installed ZenArmor, I get an error in the upper-right corner of Microsoft Office products saying: There's a problem with your account or device, let's fix it. When I click to fix, the next error indicates there is no internet connection. I turned off all category web blocking and when I look at the log, nothing is being blocked. Yet, when I disable ZenArmor, the errors go away. ZenArmor is blocking MS authentication but it is not showing up in the logs. How do I fix? I don't want to whitelist all of the MS IPs because the list is too long.

Hi Clyfton,
To make it clear, to disable Zenarmor engine and bypass mode is different. When you disable (stop) the engine, netmap is also stopped. But in bypass mode, Zenarmor engine is passive, netmap is still active.
If you have already tried in "Bypass Mode" then please share a report via Have Feedback option which is located in the bottom left corner of Zenarmor UI. Please select both Zenarmor Logs and Config checkboxes.

I connected a monitor and keyboard to the opnsource computer running zenarmor to see what logs are involved. There are so many logs that there is no way for me to review them. Since I don't know what's in the logs, I won't be sending those. Now I either have to wait until this problem bothers someone on zenarmor staff, or end my zenarmor subscription. I'm sure that many zenarmor subscribers have the little yellow triangle alert at the upper-right corner of their Microsoft 365 software (like Word) and haven't associated that to zenarmor as the source of the problem.

Hi Clyfton,
If the issue persists in bypass mode, it may indicate a policy-related problem. We have conducted further testing and have confirmed that there are no issues with Office 365. Kindly share your configuration settings for us to verify the policy configuration. It is possible that the session has not synchronized, and certain web or application rules are applying to the session. While this is not an anticipated outcome, we must thoroughly investigate to ensure accuracy.
Kind regards
