Zenarmor - TLS inspection - Personal Use
I am currently using Zenarmor on OPNsense in a home lab environment and I am really impressed with the product especially the live session dashboard, traffic classification, and overall usability.
My main use case is security research and network visibility. As a device administrator working with mobile devices and MDM platforms, I am particularly interested in TLS inspection capabilities to better understand request/response flows and encrypted traffic behavior.
I noticed that Full TLS Inspection is available only in the SSE / SASE subscription tiers, which require a minimum of 5 users. My home lab environment actually has around 5–10 devices, but only a few workstations really need this capability.
So I wanted to ask:
Is it possible for home users or homelab environments to obtain an SSE subscription (or TLS inspection capability) for personal use?
Alternatively, is there any option to combine the Plug & Secure Home subscription with SSE features, or to obtain a small lab / personal license?
My goal is not enterprise deployment, but simply deeper traffic visibility for a few systems in a personal environment.
Any guidance from the Zenarmor team would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Hi Sujith,
We cannot bolt-on tls or other SASE/SSE capabilities on top of home subscription.
Having said that, we have an invite-only program for select cyber/network/IT security professionals like you.
Please reach out to support at zenarmor.com and if you qualify, we'll be able to help you with a full SASE subscription (with no additional charge to your home sub) that has everything Zenarmor has to offer for enterprise use.

Hi Matt,
Thank you for the quick response and for pointing me to the invite-only program. I’ve reached out to the Zenarmor support team via email as suggested and will follow up with them regarding the SASE subscription.
Really appreciate the guidance and support.
Best regards,
Sujith
