os-sunnyvalley 1.2_1 orphaned plugin after installation

Installing os-sunnyvalley plugin on Opnsense v22.1.3 does not work, it becomes the only plugin available in the plugin list as (orphaned) there are no options other than to delete it.

It shows as installed in the Opnsense logs however no amount of rebooting, reinstalling either from the cli or gui fixes the issue. 

Is there anything else I should try?
