Zenarmor ask for PIN to connect to a Wifi

I'm new to Zenarmor, I setup some basic policies, now when I try to connect to my local wifi it shows Zenarmor bock page where i can see icon + when i click it, it asks for pin. my wifi status shows message "Sign in to the Network", if i disable all policies Wifi is connected without any issue. 

I want to know if its pin to connect to my wifi where can i set it. (Im using Zenarmor with OPNSense)

  I was able to resolve the issue, here I'm sharing so that it can help, it was caused by Online Utility rule, when my Android device connects to internet it tries to connect to connectivitycheck.gstatic.com this url is used by Android to monitor internet status on device, it was blocked by firewall and that caused my device to could not connect to internet. after disabling the rule, everything worked perfect.
