Payment Issues
I'm trying to update my Amex card info and the billing center simply just posts, "Failed to add payment", or if I try to remove the old card and input the new it says, "Failed to remove payment".
I know this is only community help, but does anyone know how I successfully update my card, or how do I contact someone to assist?

i have the exact same issue when trying to update my mastercard. old card soon to expire. want to register the replacement card which has same number, card holder but obviously longer expiry date.
guess i cannot add replacement card because of number being the same as the existing card. and deletion of old card is not possible because at least one card must be active…update the existing card details would be a great option … that does not exist yet.
